A short, considered menu — performed by Dr. Whitmore and our nurse injectors.
For many patients, particularly those in their 30s and early 40s, non-surgical interventions deliver the great majority of the desired result — and surgery is unnecessary.
We offer a deliberately short menu: treatments with a proven track record for results and safety. We don't chase trends, and we'll talk through dose and timing openly so the work supports — rather than overwhelms — your natural features.
Botox & Dysport. Botulinum toxin injections relax specific facial muscles to soften dynamic lines — most commonly between the brows, on the forehead, and around the eyes (crow's feet).
Treatment takes 10 minutes. Results begin in 3–5 days, peak at 2 weeks, and last 3–4 months. We dose conservatively, particularly on the forehead, to preserve natural expression.
Cost: $14–18 per unit. A typical full upper-face treatment uses 32–48 units.
Hyaluronic Acid Filler. Restylane, Juvederm, and RHA family products to restore volume in the cheeks, tear troughs, lips, and around the mouth. We use cannulas where possible to reduce bruising.
Results are immediate, with final settling at 2 weeks. Hyaluronic acid filler typically lasts 9–18 months depending on product and area.
Our position: Filler works best when used sparingly and let to fully settle before adding more. We'll often recommend pausing — and occasionally dissolving — to let your face come back to baseline before deciding what, if anything, comes next.
Controlled micro-injury to stimulate collagen production, combined with platelet-rich plasma drawn from your own blood. Effective for skin texture, fine lines, and acne scarring.
A series of 3–4 treatments spaced 4 weeks apart is standard. Mild redness for 24–48 hours; results build over 3–6 months.
Fractional CO2 and Erbium laser resurfacing for fine lines, sun damage, and uneven texture. Performed in-office with topical anesthesia.
Recovery varies by depth — light treatments are presentable in 3–5 days; deeper resurfacing requires 7–10 days of social downtime.
Medical-grade peels (TCA, Jessner's solution) for sun damage, melasma, and overall complexion. Performed by our aesthetic nurse with a customized post-peel skincare protocol.
We carry a curated line of physician-grade skincare — SkinCeuticals, ZO Skin Health, and Alastin. We do not stock products we don't personally use.
Daily skincare is the highest-leverage aesthetic intervention available; nothing else compounds the way consistent SPF, retinoid use, and antioxidant care do over decades.
Yes, but timing matters. We ask patients to avoid filler in the surgical area for 4 weeks before facial surgery, and to time Botox so it has either fully worn off or is freshly placed. Our team will provide specific guidance during pre-op planning.
Not when conservatively dosed. We typically under-treat the forehead deliberately to preserve natural expression. Patients who want a more relaxed look can return for additional units; once placed, units cannot be undone.
This is the most common consultation question we receive. The simple rule: if pulling your skin upward gently in the mirror produces the result you want, you may need surgery. If filling in a hollow with your finger produces the result you want, filler may be enough. The full answer requires examination.
Yes — our Whitmore Aesthetic Membership offers maintenance pricing on Botox, quarterly facials, and complimentary skincare consultations for an annual fee. Details available at consultation.
Many of our injectable appointments can be scheduled within a week. Skin and laser treatments require a brief consultation first.
